Anita, I arrived home from NH last night---exhausted from trying to keep up with 5 grandchildren, but happy. Now that I have had a good night's sleep, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you once again for a wonderful party. The food and the presentation were superb! Everyone raved about the meal and we had enough to feed everyone another meal on Tuesday. I know that you did not have the best kitchen available to you so I particularly appreciate your effort. As I think I told you, my husband and I vacationed at Sunset Lodges with family and friends for 32 years. It is/was a very special place to us and, therefore, was the only appropriate place for a celebration of my husband's life. He would have loved the party!!! Thank you! Thank you!

Without Chef Anita's services, I don't know how I would have managed a weekend family reunion with 20 people! This was the first time I have been able to spend time with the family and grandchildren. Chef Anita prepared a complete meal for us, allowing me the time to go off with the kids and grandkids. There was no time spent food shopping, or preparing the dinner. We arrived home after a day of family activities to a house filled with wonderful aromas, anxious to try what was going to proved to be a memorable meal. On previous reunions, we have taken everyone out to dinner; this was better, as we didn't have to worry about the little ones being tired and troublesome. What I particularly value about the whole experience was the amount of time and effort Chef Anita spent planning the occasion to ensure that we would enjoy the food, and that it would be within our budget.

To have such easy and delicious gourmet meals on hand ready to heat and serve is a blessing, especially when unexpected guests show up, as happened to me recently. After a hard day on the slopes, all I need to do when I get home is to set the table, pour the wine, light the candles, and Beef Wellington or another dish of my choosing is ready to serve. We are able to sit down to the best dinner in the valley right in the comfort of our own home.

Working with Anita was a delightful, delicious experience. She provided many delectable choices, and was so helpful in creating just the right menu. On the day of the luncheon, she presented herself as a highly organized professional, and served up a mouth-watering, three course lunch, followed by dessert. I can't wait for the opportunity to work with her again.

Ralph and I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the food you cooked for us. The meals were very flavorful without verging too much into spicy areas (as we requested). Our tastes are so basic - some would say boring, and you really captured what we like.
Even our son Andrew (a professional chef)was intrigued with the entire process and nodded his approval over the dishes.
So, thank you very much. Your service was appreciated during a difficult time.

Guests at a Mountain Top Musical evening catered by Anita practically knocked the servers down to the ground to get at seconds, thirds, even fourths! I don't think there was a crumb of a cracker left by the end of it all. Thank you so much for making the evening so perfect!
